AIGather's paid advertising placements are one-time purchases for a fixed campaign window: a Featured placement for 30 or 90 days, or a Category Sponsor placement for 30 days. Browsing the directory and free listings cost nothing.
Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, which handles taxes, invoicing and the refund itself to the original payment method. A campaign only becomes active after Paddle confirms the completed payment, so a cancellation before activation is refunded in full.
Activated campaigns are reviewed case by case rather than refused outright: if a campaign delivered materially less than purchased, we review the recorded impressions, clicks and campaign status and may refund in full or in part. If we cannot deliver a placement at all, the purchase is refunded in full. Refund requests go to aigatherin@gmail.com with the campaign ID and Paddle transaction reference.
